On St. Patrick's Day, my roommate Ange and I, not realizing the day, decided to make a turkey her mom gave us for dinner. When we realized what day it was, we threw in some stuffing and cranberry sauce, then had my Irish beer to drink to make it an offical St. Patrick's Thanksgiving Day dinner! :)
