Outlook Express
This section will show you how to configure Outlook Express to work with MSN accounts. Before you start, you will need to make verify what type of mail the member is using. A good way to do this is to ask them if they have ever installed MSN Explorer. If they have, there is a good chance that their email is web-based, and you will have to configure OE appropriately. Have your TC check the member's account in WUE to determine if it is indeed web-based.
