1. This is probably a modem error. In any case, check the connectoid and Network settings. If they look good then...
   
   
2. Make sure modem is setup properly, try inits, check for updated drivers.
   
   
3. Lower the Fifo buffers. Try limiting the connect speed.
   
   
4. Check into line noise.
