1. This is an unknown error. There are several different causes for this error. Just check all their settings and make sure they are correct. Check the connectoid, network, and see if they have a problem modem or not.
   
   
2. If it is a modem with known issues, try updating the drivers/init strings.
   
   
3. Reinstall DUN/RAS and all associated components.
   
   
4. Check into line noise.
