Seeing as July is the hottest month of the year (I think), I figured I'd go with our hottest nerd to represent The Nerd Factory, who also happens to be my very best friend. Hahaha, I can just see her cheeks getting red as we speak. She's very quiet and calm, evident by the fact that she received the "Most Shy" award in the 8th grade. (I had to push her up there to get her certificate.) Now, I should be fair. She's definitely not always shy... Especially around me. Yes, I must say, I tend to bring out the feisty, party animal side of her. Hahaha, I could tell you stories... But I won't. There could be small children present. Aside from her shyness, she's well on her way to being a soccer mom. If you ever see the size of her purse, you'll know what I mean. She's already driving a minivan too. And, of course, I must mention this gal's biggest nerd qualification... HANSON. Yes, that's right, those 3 gorgeous blond boys from Oklahoma have themselves a nice chunk of her heart. Plastered all about her walls and such... It took me 3 years to get used to all those faces staring at me. Her determination to marry Taylor (you know, the middle one) is, well, quite disturbing, I must say. But, a gal's gotta have a dream, no? So, in conclusion, give a nice, loud, extremely embarrassing round of applause to July's Nerd of the Month, Lauren. Feel free to congratulate her... Good luck tearing her away from Martha Stewart though.
