This is another of Rai's fanfic
characters, name of Mahari. He's an ice god and one of
Shinnok's many illigitimate children,
but this one is genuinely trying to be a good guy.
He has to wrestle daily with all
his evil impulses, and he's not always successful in defeating
them, but he tries, and that's
what's important.
