This is a long story. That's John Schneider and me all out of focus (I think we probably had something to smoke). And this pic was taken on the infamous night of the Solano Beach (near San Diego) "grunion run." We were strolling along the beach, and then the waves brought in all these fish (grunion) that were trying to do this mating thing in the sand. But we had nothing to catch them in. So what does Mark do but whip off his pants, tie knots in the legs, and start stuffing fish down them. I walked back to John's house in my skivvies with a pant load of fish. Great fish fry later. John is now down here in Australia. Cool.
