Computer Information Systems

This course is an overview of computer information systems. Computer concepts, terminology, hardware, software and management information systems topics are surveyed and discussed. Students are also introduced, in a hands-on lab environment, to common application software packages used by business and industry (word processing, electronic spreadsheets and database management).
