This is where I came... This is where I will stay...
I first became an Angelfire member back in 1998. I think that was back in the 200k days...See Angelfire's History
to see what I mean. Anyway, I still remember my first page's address : https://www.angelfire.com/bc/jaydee/ and my VERY FIRST non-school
e-mail address: gamewizardx2@angelfire.com. Ah, back in the day...
My site was called 'Jaydee's Video Game Page', and it was my first web site ever. I was inspired to join the Angelfire community by my favorite site of the time, Pokemon Rule!, a site by someone named Jeffrey Brown Lee who called himself Mr. Charizard. I loved the chat room on that site...and I loved
PoKeMoN, so I decided I'd make my own site, too. And it was since then that I have trusted Angelfire. Angelfire "raised me" as a webmistress, from way-back when, when I couldn't space paragraphs or changes fonts or have a good look to my site at all to now. Below is kinda what my stuff would look like:

this way
and this way...

Funny. I used blockquote instead of p. Hehe. I had many sites...Jaydee's Video Game Page, Jaydee's Catz, Jaydee's *CaTzStaRz*, ChiaFairyNP, and now this one, In Element. So far, this is my best site, content-wise and look-wise.
And I've tried so many other servers and site hosts, but I am not comfortable with any of them like I am with Angelfire. Angelfire makes you use your HTML knowledge, and uploading, e-mail, everything is easy and convient. I can always find what I am looking for in the web shell or main site. It doesn't have a million sub directories like Tripod. And tags on HTML are just easier...I don't have to type my full URL for an image like I have to in GeoCities.
I "grew up" with Angelfire, and that's where I will stay. If there were a day when Angelfire no longer existed, I'd miss it. Because, when I grow up, I want to show my children my Angelfire sites. And I hope Angelfire grows with the times.
Thanks for everything, Angelfire, I will never abandon you...
