Experience: A citizen reported seeing a UFO with flashing colored lights in the sky by the Mississippi River behind the Sherburne County Sheriff's Office in Elk River. The report came in at 12:41 a.m. Sunday, Feb. 9. Police did not find anything in the area.Home Page
