Mr. Shatner came to Amsterdam yesterday. Today's an 8 hour KITH marathon.
1.22.2000
We've got reviews from Mr. "Black Dahlia" Keegan and "Aeris" Paige. Yet, they aren't up. Why? They'll be up on the 28th, kicking off the new DFFQI year.
1.21.2000
The media section has been updated into the new running system. Wow! The new html coding is just in time, the server change imminent. Somebody send Mr. "Please Play XENOGEARS" Tatara a copy of XENOGEARS PERFECT WORKS... please.
1.20.2000
There are two -- maybe three -- possible options.
1.19.2000
Mr. "We're teetering over 10MB" Tatara's searching for DFFQI's new home.
1.18.2000
DAIRY FARMERS needs a new server.
1.17.2000
The B5 section has been updated to the new running system. Court TV disappointed the Security Council with its obligatory HOMICIDE marathon. Yet, the History Channel made up for it with its SWORN TO SECRECY marathon... making it no different from every other day of the year.
1.16.2000
The Star Wars section has been updated to the new running system.
1.15.2000

Updates? Sure!
1.2.2000
The year 2000 gets under way... Yes, that means no updates.
1.1.2000
And, so it begins. The clock struck 12:00 and then 12:01 and then 12:02. The sun rose. Mr. "Another rant about Japan" Tatara has posted a SECOND review of Princess Monoke. It is the first article in our 2000 run. Welcome to Tomorrow. There is no going back.
12.31.1999
Well, here we are, on the last day of 1999. As you sit there, expecting the usual lack of updates, you are wrong! While the majority of DFFQI is celebrating, Mr. "Something about Japan" Tatara is at home, typing this up. He celebrated the New Year with Japan... at Pause's. After doing some Ronin Warriors work, he has just posted Mike's 1999 lists. More may go up tomorrow. There are films which need to be talked about. Then, there's the new 2000 logo. Aint' it nice? What else? Medal of Honor! Plus, the old masthead has been archived. What words can describe this year? 1998 was described with "The Players are the Same. The Old Enemy has Returned. There is no Change." 1999 is "Change is the Only Constant". But, maybe silence tells it better.
12.30.1999

12.20.1999
Mr. "Too Busy to Work on DFFQI since he's got His Ronin Warriors Webpages" Tatara's going to be going away on the 23rd, so there's a real reason for all this downtime.

12.10.1999

DFFQI filmed two Spanish videos today. They look like the things there are supposed to. We also witnessed Miyazaki's PRINCESS MONONOKE. Mr. "Ishibiya" Tatara writes about it. Is it a review? It all depends on you, just like MONONOKE.
12.3.1999

We begin now our greatest project.

Stuff's coming.
11.8.1999

11.7.1999
No DINO CRISIS review yet, but it's coming. We corrected a link on the reviews page. It was for MACROSS: DO YOU REMEMBER LOVE. Originally, it was DFFQI_remacdryl.html, and the link to the review didn't work. Now, however, it is DFFQI_remacdyrl.html. Don't know how that one got by. FUTURAMA! The X-FILES premiere is on tonight. First good one in a long while... Christian mythology with hard SF... just like XENOGEARS... another DFFQI review.
11.6.1999
DFFQI's gonna expand our midi section soon. Mr. John "Alpha and Omega" Paige is in town. The power that is cast when the circle is complete and DFFQI is assembled cannot be measured.

We love Det. Munch! No new masthead yet.
10.24.1999

DFFQI's got a new look. Ain't it pretty? Mr. Tatara's actually cleaning out his klink.net account. Most sites have been taken down. DFFQI is one of the only three that made the cut. The other two are his first two. They're being updated with snazzy new graphics and content. They're in the link section. RONIN WARRIORS!!!
9.4.1999

9.3.1999
Mr. Tatara has finished writing his EPISODE III script. Yes, you heard right. That's two scripts in a single summer. This one was done in only 32 days. Yes, you heard right. He's performing final checks now.

GO SEE THE IRON GIANT NOW! Added two more pieces of CRUSADE humour and a new section for it.
8.13.1999
Added more JOHN & KOSH images and rearranged the art section.
8.12.1999
Last night's CRUSADE was the best episode ever! I'm leaning to completely remove the above MIDI file. We've got a new link and JOHN & KOSH PICTURES! Yes, we have images from a nonexistent series. Go to the B5 Spin-Offs and see!
8.11.1999
Two new pieces of CRUSADE humour have been added. One can be enjoyed by anyone, the other may require some inside knowledge. They make great shirts, too. An experimental upgrade to the DFFQI engine is being looked into, expeditionary changes are being made. Bottom of the page, anyone? Also, I have just been informed that Mr. Pause has been named Russia's new prime minister. Kudos to him. Well, we've been playing around with MIDI files for quite some time. The final result can be seen above. No unsolicited MIDI here!
8.10.1999
HAPPY BIRTHDAY MISS CLAUDIA CHRISTIAN!!! Mr. Shatner, we are sorry. A new DFFQI T-Shirt has been added. Just go to the art section and print the images out on iron-on transfers.
8.9.1999
Several projects are in the works. Season three of ReBoot begins tomorrow.
8.8.1999
Mr. Tatara isn't in the happiest of moods. See, yesterday, he spent the entire day typing EPISODE III. He also did some research on AstroBoy. He was completely absorbed by this, and as a result, he did not tape MACROSS at 3:15 AM. Yet, the Universe does things for a reason. There is contradiction. There is symmetry. They is balance. Mr. Tatara wrote Cartoon Network a rather long letter stating why ROBOTECH should return to the weekday lineup. He's already planning a follow up letter. Today, the History Channel will air Military Blunders. The first four episodes will air in a row. The fifth will air at 11 PM, but there is a problem. The Columbo movie starring Claudia Christian will be reaired tonight, at long last!!! But, it's either the fifth Military Blunder of Claudia Christian, right? No! Tape Columbo from 10 to 12. The final Military Blunder will be reaired at 3 AM! As for updates, the text at the bottom of the page has been changed, the FAQ's got some new stuff, the e-mail section also has some additions that were a long time in coming, and we've got a review of Military Blunders in the reviews section. Plus, this week's Jimmy is up... on time!
8.7.1999
Today was a day of discoveries and extremes. Extreme happiness and extreme sorrow. Extreme joy and extreme loss. Why? I am sorry.
8.6.1999
Mr. Carpenter has contributed with several reviews of this own. He also offered three names that he'd like to see in the Prequels. Plus, this week's Jimmy Award is up, late again.
8.5.1999
Mr. Keegan's been -- well -- busy. We've got 12 new reviews from him up now.
8.4.1999
Mr. Tatara has typed up a sequel to his first piece about the legacy of FINAL FANTASY VII. This one looks at character models and love.
8.3.1999
Mr. Tatara has begun work on STAR WARS: EPISODE III.
8.2.1999
After pulling an all nighter, Mr. Tatara completed the final amendments to his script. His only companion through the excruciating process was Reba West's tender voice. Yes, he listened to over 12 straight hours of ROBOTECH music. Now, for the first time anywhere, HERE IS HIS SCRIPT! It's 1:58 AM right now. Notes about the script writing process and the script itself will be posted later today, as soon as Mr. Tatara types them up. He's only one man! Now, it's 12:17 PM. The notes are up.
8.1.1999
He did it. He finally did it. Yesterday, Mr. Tatara finished his STAR WARS: EPISODE II SCRIPT. Today, he is reading it through and performing final changes. It WILL be up tomorrow. The updates for 7.1 through 7.31 have been archived in a new archive.
7.31.1999

7.21.1999
Crusade! It was learned today that B5's Bryon (snicker, snicker) and Marcus Cole will also be attending the Boston Con. Well, things have changed. Looks like Mr. Tatara will be splitting his time between Mr. Mumy and Carter. I wonder how long we'll be able to heckle the teep before security comes.
7.20.1999
Two of DFFQI's Security Council will be attending the upcoming I-Visions Boston '99 Convention. Look for write ups early next week. They'll also be photos. Boy, Ray Park and Bill Mumy won't know what hit 'em.
7.19.1999
FAN DAY II

Remember those promised import CD reviews? Well, they're up. All eight of them! Actually, though, only seven are import CDs. The Jimmy Awards will be getting a face lift in the near future. It will be beneficial to everyone involved.
7.13.1999
This week's Jimmy is up.
7.12.1999
The Security Council had a meeting today. Among other things the NIGHT OF THE LIVING DEAD remake was watched, featuring our favorite teep, Patricia Tallman.
7.11.1999
I can't do it. Not yet.
7.10.1999
Empty Promises. Finally added the review of MACROSS: DO YOU REMEMBER LOVE?, just in time for the re-release of ROBOTECH on Cartoon Network. Look for anime soundtrack reviews coming soon!
7.9.1999
Things happen.
7.8.1999
Mr. Keegan, busy playing field agent and international spy, sent out a frantic encrypted message... "DFFQI takes an official stand against the Canadian/US Border Patrol for offenses including delaying No Neck Blues Band's re-entry into their home nation and preventing DFFQI agents Michael Keegan and Nick Carpenter from seeing their show." Can you say "International Incident"?
7.7.1999
DO YOU REMEMBER LOVE? was viewed last night at 10:30PM EST. The review is typed but the final copy won't be posted until tomorrow. It is not stealing. It is liberating. I am not a terrorist. I am a freedom fighter. 1984.
7.6.1999
After countless days and countless miles MACROSS: DO YOU REMEMBER LOVE? dropped into Mr. Tatara's lap.
7.5.1999
Some are Dark. Some are Light. Some are Grey. Some transcend the limited context of language. After all, words are just words. Nothing more. Things happen. Firewall.
7.4.1999
