We had to make four separate movies about four Latin American countries. Coupled with Mr. Keegan's Honduras juggernaut, this is it.

JFK sits behind his desk, troubled.

I, uh, I am not happy with the events in
Cuba, but I have a plan.
JFK lifts up a folded letter.
JFK
Now, say that this, uh, love letter from
Marilyn Monroe is Cuba.
JFK sets the letter down on his desk. He picks up a thick
envelop.
JFK
And this envelop filled with tax payer
money is, uh, these United States.
JFK sets down the envelop.
CLOSE SHOT - LOVE LETTER (CUBA)
JFK points to the love letter.
JFK
Here in, uh, Cuba is Fidel Castro.
JFK sets down a small action figure representing Castro.

And here in the US is myself.
JFK sets down an action figure representing himself.

JFK lifts his hand.

In my hand, I have pennies. These
pennies represent Cubans... because, uh,
Cubans are small and a shiny brownish
color.

JFK sets the pennies down in Cuba.

Now, uh, Cubans are coming to these
United States, fleeing from the evil
Castro.
JFK moves the pennies to the US.
JFK
Now, we've got a lot of Cubans here in
the US and more keep coming over. What
do we do?

We send Œem back.
MEDIUM SHOT - TABLE MAP
JFK
We train Œem and, uh, give Œem guns and
send Œem back to Cuba.
JFK moves the pennies back to Cuba.
JFK
We land Œem in a place called the Bay of
Pigs. There, they remove Castro and
democracy, uh, prevails.

JFK removes the Castro figure.
JFK
To ensure victory, we'll be flying
overhead lending air support.
JFK takes out a model plane. He starts hitting the Castro
figure with it.
JFK
Die, uh, Castro! Die!

EXT. CUBA - BAY OF PIGS - WIDE SHOT
We see the Bay of Pigs, a sign clearly identifies the
location. FIDEL CASTRO stands atop the bay.
CLOSE UP - CASTRO
CASTRO looks about.

CASTRO focuses on something.
CASTRO

CUBAN REBELS hurry toward the CAMERA.
CUBAN REBELS
Viva democracia! Viva democracia!

CASTRO steels himself for battle.
MEDIUM SHOT - CUBAN REBELS
The REBELS shout and run forward.
MEDIUM SHOT - CASTRO
The REBELS race up to CASTRO, but he pushes them down. A
FINAL REBEL wrestles with CASTRO.

JFK and MARILYN MONROE cuddle together.
JFK
Uh, Marilyn, was there anything that I
was supposed to do today?
MONROE
You were supposed to be with me, stupid.
JFK
I guess you're right.

EXT. CUBA - BAY OF PIGS - MEDIUM SHOT - CASTRO
CASTRO wrestles with the FINAL REBEL.
He pushes the REBEL down.
MEDIUM SHOT - FINAL REBEL
The FINAL REBEL collapses in the bay.
CUT TO:
INT. OVAL OFFICE - MEDIUM SHOT - JFK
JFK pushes MARILYN asside, realizing only too late.
JFK
I, uh, I was supposed to give the Cuban
rebels air cover! The invasion!
JFK puts on his coat and runs out.
CUT TO:
EXT. CUBA - BAY OF PIGS - MEDIUM SHOT - CASTRO
CASTRO stands, thinking.
CASTRO

The CAMERA widens, KRUCHEV stands near CASTRO.

A car, labeled "USSR", pulls up to Cuba. KRUCHEV exits with
a briefcase, labeled "ICBM". He hands it to CASTRO and
leaves.
EXT. FLORIDA KEYS - MEDIUM SHOT - JFK
JFK stands, telescope up to his eye. He pulls it away and
collapses it.
JFK
Castro!
JFK turns around.
JFK
Marilyn, my phone.
MARILYN hands JFK a phone. JFK pounds the buttons.
EXT. CUBA - BAY OF PIGS - MEDIUM SHOT - CASTRO
CASTRO picks up his phone. His voice is happy.
CASTRO
Hola! Castro!
EXT. FLORIDA KEYS - MEDIUM SHOT - JFK
JFK shouts.

Castro! I'm going to blockade Cuba! I
know about your dealings with the Reds?

JFK grabs the ICBM.

CASTRO and KRUCHEV look at each other. They speak among
themselves.

JFK watches the two.
MEDIUM SHOT - JFK, CASTRO, & KRUCHEV
KRUCHEV
We will stop, but only if you give up
several military bases in Turkey.
JFK quickly thinks it over.
JFK
Fine! Just get those nukes off Cuba!
Now!
KRUCHEV
Alright, I'll go speak with China.
KRUCHEV leaves.
CASTRO checks his watch.
CASTRO
Audios.
CASTRO exits.
