Noa
Literally raised by a wolf in a sealed off cave. Terra, the wolf, trained her in the arts of combat. One day, the cave was opened and the dreaded mist flowed in. Noa soon met up with Vahn and joined his noble quest to stop the mist. Also, Noa discovered that Terra was a Ra-Seru and they bonded together. Strategy: Noa is best served user her quickness to stay ahead of the enemy. He other stats won't let her stand up in a toe-to-toe fight for very long. Attack quickly, and move away. Combos: Similar To: Chunli, Guile Stats: Power: 4 Energy: 4 Defense: 5 Speed*: 8 Strength: B Weakness: E Ratio: 2 Special Moves: Lizard Tail*: A forward moving, back-ward flip kick. Cort
The Prince of Darkness who unleashed the Mist. Cort is attempting to use the Mist to take control of the world. Fighting with him is Juggernaut, a gigantic artificial Seru that can destroy entire cities with a single blow. Strategy: Simply put, Cort is a projectile user. Gala
A Biron monk. Gala lives in a temple undergoing intense physical training. He is a strict believer that Seru are evil creatures that should never be used by humans, until he witnesses the powers of the Ra-Seru Ozma and is picked by Ozma to save the world. Strategy: Gala is slow, but all his other stats are above average. With his Seru magic, Gala is quite varied and the key to success is to use variety to outwit the enemy. Combos: Similar To: Kyo, Iori Stats: Power: 6 Energy*: 6 Defense: 6 Speed: 3 Strength: S Weakness: D Ratio: 2 Special Moves: Black Rain*: Jumps forward with a double axle hit, and lightning strikes the enemy (S) Sensetsuriaki*: A forward moving punching attack. Songi
A Biron Monk, Songi is third in command of the troops, behind Master Teacher Gala and the old master. Songi thirsts for more power. When he leads a group of monks to one Genesis Tree, he finds a Sim-Seru that was created from a Ra-Seru, giving him immense power. He uses this new found power to test and defeat Gala and his former order of monks. Songi looks a lot like Gala with red hair and clothing. Strategy: Although he moves slowly, Songi's specials and hypers move quite quickly. A surprise Battering Ram can put the enemy in a bad position. Let his comboing ability work for you. The best way to defeat Songi is to trap him in the corner and pummel him. A soldier wandering the world for his parents killer. When returning home from one of his wanderings, he finds the town in ruins and his best friend, Shana, has been taken. Dart embarks on a quest to save Shana, and eventually discovers the power of the Dragoon within himself. Strategy: Dart is a average character that can be used in many ways. He can fight in close, at middle range, or even as a projectile user. The idea is to pick the style that works well against his opponent. Battle Plan: Although decent all-around, Dart lacks many distance attacks. Only Flame Shot works as a projectile, while his other moves are medium range. Stay one step ahead of his tactic changes. Lavitz
The First Knight of the Basil militia. Lavitz breaks free from his captors just as Dart enters the prison where Shana is being held. Lavitz is an honorable warrior who is completely loyal to his king. Lavitz soon discovers that he has the power of the Jade Dragon within himself. Strategy: Lavitz specializes in melee combat. Also, since he wields a spear, his normal punch attacks have more range then some other's specials. Battle Plan: The spear has long range, but is unwieldy, making his recover speeds, even for normal attacks, quite long. Quick characters can attack between Rod Typhoon strikes, easily his fastest combo attack. Meru
Meru is a Wingly, an ancient race that once ruled the world. Kicked out of the Wingly home due to her wild, human-like mannerisms, Meru begins to travel the world, posing as a dancer. When Meru joins Dart on his quest, she soon receives the power of the Water Dragon. Strategy: Like Lavitz, Meru's hammer has quite a range, but is slow to recover from the more high powered attacks. She is better off using her projectiles, using her hammer attacks to ward off melee fighters. Battle Plan: Meru is faster than Lavitz, but the same strategies still apply. You won't be able to strike between her attacks, but at the end of a combo or special, she is wide open for a counter. Combos: Similar To: Iceman Stats: Power: 3 Energy: 5 Defense: 5 Speed*: 8 Strength: W Weakness: F) Ratio: 2 Special Moves: Freezing Ring*: Turns dragoon, and launches a ring of ice as a projectile. Lloyd
Lloyd is a Wingly warrior that is collecting the Divine Moon objects. He is the chosen of the Divine Dragon, thus having the greatest power of all the Dragoon Warriors. His sword is the Dragon Buster, which gives him incredible power against dragons. Strategy: Use Lloyd against any dragon fighter. Even his normal attacks severely injure dragons. He is still a solid fighter against non-dragons however. Try to Diffuse any projectiles for a huge vigor boost. Combos: Similar To: Dart, Jill, Magneto Stats: Power: 6 Energy: 4 Defense*: 7 Speed: 4 Strength: B Weakness: E Ratio: 2 Special Moves: Diffuse*: A extremely short range blast. Cancels projectiles and gives you vigor for them (H) Wing Force*: Fires a blue energy shot. Basic projectile(A,B) Wingly Blade*: Dashes forward with a sword attack. (A) Flight: Lloyd can fly Whirlwind: Does a jumping, spinning attack Bonus: Dragon Blade: Lloyd does triple damage to dragon characters.

Haschell
A traveling warrior looking for his long lost daughter. Haschell is a master of martial art. When he tried passing on the art to his daughter, she cracked under the pressure and ran away. Haschell is very strict about his fighting arts and is extremely honorable. He inherits the power of the Lightning Dragon soon after meeting Dart and the other Dragoons. Strategy: Haschel should be used aggressively. The Omnisweep move can be very difficult to block if your enemy isn't familiar with the move. Combos: Similar Fighters: Ken/Ryu Family (SF), Makoto (SF3) Stats: Power: 6 Energy: 2 Defense: 6 Speed: 6 Strength: S Weakness: P Ratio: 2 Special Moves: OmniSweep*: Does a forward flip attack followed by a sweep kick. The last part must be blocked low. Fury of Styx*: Throws a ball of energy. Basic fireball attack (S) Hex Hammer*: A basic dragon punch attack Double Punch: Haschell dashes forward and delivers 2 quick punches Shock Drop: Jumps into the air, and comes down with a fore arm smash. Kongol
One of the last remaining Gigantos. Kongol original works for the enemy of the Land, but Dart and the others eventually convince him to fight with them. Kongol receives the power of the Golden Earth Dragon. Although big, slow, and dumb, Kongol is very honorable and damn near indestructable. Strategy: Really big, really slow. Kongol needs to stay on the defense. This works well against aggressive fighters, but against projectile users, Kongol needs to go on the offense, something he is not good at. Combos: Similar Fighters: Hulk Stats: Power: 10 Energy: 1 Defense: 9 Speed: 3 Strength: E Weakness: B Ratio: 2 Drain: Super Armor 1 Size: L Special Moves: Axe Strike*: A two hit axe combo Giganto Slam*: Picks up the enemy with one hand (T) and slams them into the ground head first Rock Drop*: Slams the ground and bits of rock fall from above. 4 hits (E) Power Up: Uses an item to raises his power by 2 for one hit. Super Armor 1; During Hypers, he has Super Armor Max. Penalty: Kongol takes 25% more damage from any "magical" attack. Rose
Rose is a dark woman who seems to wander the world. When Dart is severe danger, Rose appears as a Dragoon, and awakens the power of the Red Dragon within Dart. Rose is quiet and mysterious. Her power stems from the Black Dragon. Strategy: Rose is an all around average fighter. She has no real strengths or weaknesses in battle. Her sword means that her attacks have longer range, but are a little slower than normal, but neither effect is very pronounced. The best thing to do is fight to exploit the enemy's weaknesses. Special Moves: Astral Drain*: Throws her sword's shadow through the enemy. No damage, but long ranged (Drain). Hard Blade*: Whips her sword around her body in a circle, providing anti-air defense. Whip Smack*: A long ranged sword slash, similar to Strider's More & More: Swings her blade (C) and performs a 3 hit combo.
