The Girls of Dead or Alive![]() Just one note: if you are fighting with or against one of the girls and you do not see their underwear, then you are doing something horribly wrong. Also, the above image is from the back of the jewel case.
The hyper combo finish in DOA results in a huge explosion centered on the loser Kasumi | Ryu Hayabusa | |
Kasumi
Kasumi is a female ninja (kuniochi). However, she can no longer stand killing people who are too weak to fight back. She desires a challenge, and as such, leaves her clan, knowing that ninjas will be sent to track her down. On her journey, she searches for her lost brother Hayate. Strategy: Kasumi works well by playing aggressively. Her specials do not have great range, but are pretty powerful. For most teams, save vigor for the other fighters, because Kasumi's hypers are relatively weak and have limited range. Ryu Hayabusa
Originally from the Ninja Gaiden series, Hayabusa was recycled and added to the Dead or Alive lineup. In this series, he is the brother of Kasumi and Hayate. When Kasumi leaves the clan, it is Hayabusa who is sent to either bring her back or kill her. Strategy: One question for a player to ask is: Koryu Kyaku or Izuna Otoshi? Koryu is the stronger of the two, but has much less range. Also, using a variety of Kurin Kyaku and Mai Kiri can confuse the enemy, making them block incorrectly. Hayabusa is a little weak, but his speed and strange moves keep him from getting pummeled.
