Feilin
A Chinese actress. Feilin enters the Fighter's Destiny tournament to make her name a household word. She fights only to gain popularity. Strategy: Feilin is fairly special due to the fact nearly all of her specials can be performed mid-air. Combined with double jumps and air dashes, Feilin can hang in the air for quite some time. Up to 8 hits Talon Charge: Dashes forward with glowing claws outstretched (A) Basic Throw: Grabs the enemy with her legs and tosses the victim Bonus Abilities: Air Dash, Double Jump Launcher: A rising claw rake motion Hyper Attacks: Actress Claw*: Throws a short ranged, giant Eko Razen Claw straight ahead. 5 hits (B) Hazan Kyaku: Jumps up, kicking repeatedly. Just like Chun-li's hyper. Up to 12 hits Sonic Tornado: Does a stationary Spinning Bird Kick. Hanzo
A ninja warrior who enters tournaments for no apparent reason. Strategy: Combos: Similar Fighters: Ken/Ryu Family Stats: Power: 5 Energy: 3 Defense: 4 Speed*: 7 Ratio: 2 Size: M Special Moves: Shuriken*: Throws a giant spinning ninja star. Hits 3 times (A) Flying Pinwheel*: Flies forward with blades on his wrists and feet. Up to 8 hits if close. (A) Rising Dragon*: A basic jumping uppercut type. Hanzo is surrounded by blue energy. (W) Dragon's Wing: Gathers energy, then summons a tornado from under the enemy. 8 hits (B) Basic Throw: Picks up the enemy, jumps straight up, then falls at an angle, landing on top of the victim Launcher: A rising slash attack Hyper Attacks: Flying Tornado*: Hanzo gets two spirit clones and all 3 do Pinwheels that moves up and down. 18 hits Massive Star: Throws a Shuriken that will slowly hit 20 times. Hanzo can move once the star is thrown Dragon Typhoon: Jumps upward in a giant tornado. 10 hits (B) Enter: Gives the enemy a quick bow Taunt: Gives the enemy a quick bow Victory: Does some karate practice. Rasputin
A robed sorcerer. Why is he fighting? I have no idea. Strategy: A long ranged fighter. Rasputin is not good at melee combat, so he should stay away from most fighters. Try to keep the Illusionist move active at all times, because is basically protects him from 7 hits. The Grasping Palm is unblockable, so use it to freeze your opponents and beat on them. Combos: Similar Fighters: Dhalsim Stats: Power: 3 Energy*: 9 Defense: 2 Speed: 5 Strength: Weakness: Ratio: Size: Special Moves: Firing Squad*: Throws a ball of flame straight ahead (F) Spinning Robe*: Spins around, causing his robe to float out and cut the enemy. 4 hits (P) Magic Trick*: A blanket rises from the ground (C) causes the enemy to transform into a small creature. Flying Hand: Air Only. Throws a glowing force shaped like a hand down at the enemy (P) Long Range: Using his spirit energy, Rasputin can punch and kick with limbs of pure energy (P) Basic Throw: Pulls the enemy into his robe and they fall from the sky Bonus Abilities: Floating Jumps Launcher: A hand rises out of the ground in front of Rasputin, punching the enemy up Hyper Attacks: Spin of the Czar*: Spins fast with a field of energy trailing from his robe. 14 hits (A)(P) Grasping Palm: Shoots a giant hand. If it contacts the enemy (T) it holds and squeezes the enemy. Illusionist: Causes 7 illusionary clones to follow him. Hack
The leader of the family known as the Brawl Brothers. Hack is the most well rounded member of the team. When a mad scientist, who planning to make an army of clones, captures his brothers and sister, Hack leaps into action to save his siblings. Strategy: A well balanced fighter with a little of everything. An uppercut, projectile and a variety of hyper attacks. The thing is that Hack doesn't really have anything to make him seem different from other fighters. The Air Buster and the Strong Wind hypers both start out exactly the same way, so it is possible to fool the enemy to block in the wrong way. Combos: Similar Fighters: Terry Bogart Stats: Power: 5 Energy: 5 Defense*: 5 Speed: 5 Strength: B Weakness: E Ratio: 2 Size: M Special Moves: Air Shot*: A powerful punch that is coated in wind power. Short range blast of air with the punch. (A)(B) Air Fist*: A jumping uppercut attack.
