Letting me down.. Making me feel like a jerk..
Leading me on.. Letting me think we could work..
Making me dumb.. Leading to where you lurk.
Down in your life.. Making me feel sorry.
Up in your head.. Thinking you don't have to worry.
'Cause I'm another one going down on your list..
Of guys infatuated by wanting your kiss.
Why am I running? So I don't have to feel like shit.
Void of emotion? Emotions were gone long before this.
Is this about you? It's about me, don't flatter yourself.
You're just a girl that I thought I could help.
Because your boyfriend's a dick, he puts you through Hell.
But since you cut me off, don't be annoyed with the shell.

Show me the way to let go.
Let me allow it to die.
I don't want to feel this.
I don't want to cry.
I've been through this all before.
Another girl, but it's the same.
I got too close and it ended.
And only I can take the blame.
Why should I let it happen again?
Especially when you don't feel this way.
If you care for me like I for you.
Just let me know and it'll be okay.
But if you don't, then cut this down.
Let me just go away.
I really don't know what to do.
There's nothing else I have to say.

She is the entirety of my life
She's to blame for all my strife
I do everything she wants me to
She tells lies, and claims they're true
I love her, but she hates me
It's my whole life story
But who am I to blame you?
Because what I write has no truth
I try my best to hide
But she will always find
The hatred that's in my heart
That has burned there from the start
She makes herself my only friend
So that she can keep me imprisoned
Her world of darkness and despair
Through my eyes, it's only fair
Because I'm her property always
I am her lifelong protege
She is the shepard that protects me
From the evil that would harm us sheep
So now that I wield this pen in my hand
I only ask her to have the power to stand
In this world without me here with her
For I know she needs her prisoner....
