Bio: Like Godzilla, Anguirus is what is known as a "Fire
Monster". In his first film appearance, Godzilla (Gigantis), and Anguirus
are attracted to the same fire, and soon a battle ensues. The two ravage the
city of Osaka in their fight, and soon Godzilla is the apparent winner. Although
he had lost to Godzilla, Anguirus soon became an ally of the popular kaiju, and
the two turned up as denizens of Monster Land. Anguirus helped in the fight
against the three-headed terror, Ghidorah, and soon the brute was driven away by
Godzilla, Anguirus, Gorosaurus, Rodan, and Mothra. This was just the beginning
of Anguirus's friendship with Godzilla, as he also helped in vanquishing
Ghidorah yet again when the terror tea,ed up with Gigan. In his final effort and
appearance, Anguirus fought against an impostor Godzilla, in which the battle
showed a shiny piece of metal under the impostor's flesh. The fake Godzilla
proceeded to break Anguirus's jaw, and Anguirus escaped death by informing
Godzilla of his impostor, which turned out to be Mechagodzilla. Although
Anguirus hadn't been seen since the 70's, he reappeared under the control of
greenjester, his avatar. Anguirus is up for a battle anytime, anywhere, and will
fight any challengers. He faced defeat already, losing to his long-time
adversary, King Ghidorah. He still looks for challengers, and in his thirst for
a fight, he'll defeat any who stand in his way. He will compete in the next
ARena, looking to avenge his defeat at the hands of Mechagodzilla so many years
ago. Can he take home victory, or will he be defeated yet again? Only time will
tell...
