Bio: Developed in the mid 20th Century, by the Black Hole Aliens, MechaGodzilla was to be the ultimate weapon to pave over Earth's civilization and install a new one. armed with powerful beam weapons, missiles, and powerful armor and defensive abilities, MechaGodzilla had enough fire power to pave over city blocks in seconds. Sent to destroy Tokyo in 1974 MechaGodzilla first appeared disguised as Godzilla. After a rampage on the country side MechaGodzilla encountered Angilas and fought a violent brief battle with Godzilla's friend maimed and forced to retreat. When attacking an oil refinery Godzilla showed up and revealed the robots true identity. A quick battle ensued with MechaGodzilla's head control damaged and Godzilla severely injured. The attack on Tokyo was postponed. Later MechaGodzilla was fully repaired by a captured earth scientist, and was dispatched to destroy the newly summoned King Ceasar. The Divine Beast put up a good fight but was overwhelmed by MechaGodzilla's powers. Before King Ceasar could be finished off, Godzilla arrived and challenged MechaGodzilla to a fight. Godzilla and King Ceasar soon felt the full front of MechaGodzilla's powerful assault of Beam Weapons and Missiles. Godzilla was dealt nasty injuries and bled. Something most monsters could not do. MechaGodzilla's strafing runs seemed to spell doom for Godzilla until in a rage made use of previously unheard magnetic powers. MechaGodzilla was soon drawn to Godzilla and together with King Ceasar, was decapitated and destroyed along with the base of his controllers.

However that still did not mean the end of MechaGodzilla. Later in 1975 MechaGodzilla's head was recovered in the ocean and plans to rebuilt him were set. However the Black Hole Aliens decided to employ the help of banished Earth scientist Dr. Shizo Mafune. Dr Mafune's prize Titanosaurus' super strength and Titanosaurus Control Device would increase their chances of conquering Earth and destroying Godzilla. Understanding Dr Mafune's theory that living brain cells would make the perfect robot monster, the leader of the Black hole Aliens, Mugar decided to implant the Titanosaurus and MechaGodzilla control device in Dr Mafune's daughter Katsura. Soon after, Mugar and Mafune released MechaGodzilla and Titanosaurus on Tokyo destroying everything in their path. Godzilla soon appeared and battled them both. However Godzilla was no match for MechaGodzilla and Titanosaurus together as he was out matched by Titanosaurus' super strength and MechaGodzilla's power weapons. Interpol discovering Titanosaurus' weakness for Super Sonic Waves, hastily created a Super Sonic Oscillator to stun Titanosaurus to give Godzilla the fighting chance he needed. With Titanosaurus being contained Godzilla was fre to battle MechaGodzilla without interruption and grappling with him, Godzilla was able to defeat MechaGodzilla with he help of of an Interpol raid on the Aliens base of Operations. when Katsura is killed in the raid MechaGodzilla shuts down and is destroyed by Godzilla, who then defeats Titanosaurus by sending him off a cliff into the ocean.

Desperate to conquer the Earth again MechaGodzilla is rebuilt by the Black Hole Aliens and is entered in Bagan's Arena where he first battled Biollante but was defeated. Later in a contest for the King Of The Defeated, MechaGodzilla battled a very tough opponent in Armored Mothra. However the armored insect's hide was not enough against MechaGodzilla's array of weapons and defeated her. Soon after another Arena opened up, and MechaGodzilla battled the 1954 (Shodai not Showa) incarnation of Godzilla. Although the beast was a Godzilla, it was not the monster that had defeated him twice in the past. Either way put. Shodai Godzilla was defeated by MechaGodzilla. Soon after the Arena was dissolved and no clear winner was announced. Later a new Arena was created and MechaGodzilla teamed up with Destoroyah and the GMK incarnation of Godzilla where he battled the newly founded Juggernauts. Being double teamed by the Juggernauts Gigan and Megalon, MechaGodzilla was defeated. Only after severely injuring them both so that they would be defeated by GMK Godzilla and Destoroyah.  However the Juggernauts were victorious in their first arena. A new team Arena has been assembled and MechaGodzilla is a member of the newly created Titans.
