Bio:  A storm of meteorites brings a new and terrible form of life to Earth. Silicon-based insect creatures appear in Sapporo, planting and nurturing a huge seed pod in the city's subway system. The seed pod will fire the Legion's new egg back into the void, allowing the species to conquer another world. Gamera soon arrived to destroy this menace to the Earth, for in firing its star-seed, the pod would have an effect not unlike the detonation of a nuclear bomb. Although he destroyed the pod, Gamera was wounded and driven off by the swarming Legion soldiers.

After his departure, the larger Legion creature emerged from below Sapporo, flying off into the night. JSDF fighters soon pursued the monster, and believed for a time that their missiles had destroyed the alien menace. Legion soon reappeared in Sendai. The soldiers had again planted and raised a seed pod. When Gamera arrived to again stop the pod's explosion, the large Legion attacked him, keeping Gamera occupied at Sendai airport while the seed pod gathered energy for its detonation. When it was convinced that Gamera no longer had enough time to stop the pod, Legion retreated, burrowing back into the Earth. Gamera had been delayed long enough to prevent him from saving Sendai. Although he toppled the seed pod, Gamera was not in time to prevent its detonation. The better part of Sendai was destroyed in the explosion and Gamera appeared to have been killed.

Legion next appeared marching on Tokyo. The monster released the swarm of Legion soldiers to aid it in its attack on the JSDF forces. Gamera summoned the energy of the Earth's manna to restore himself and intercepted Legion before it could reach the last line of defense the JSDF had established. A largely one-sided battle ensued, with Legion dealing out horrible amounts of damage upon Gamera, warding off Gamera's own attacks with its magnetic force shield. Even the destruction of the swarm by the JSDF did not seem enough to tip the balance against Legion. Finally, Gamera summoned even more of the Earth's mana to his body, firing a beam of destruction from his chest that engulfed Legion, blasting the alien invader into ash.

After that the ashes were picked up and reforged into a Legion action figure. After I bought it from the Kaiju R' Us with my rupees, I used the Triforce to wish Legion back to life. Now Legion follows me and does my bidding!
