Q: How do I become a millionaire?
A: Becoming a millionaire involves lots of hard work and we can't promise it overnight. Check out our Tips page for more information.

Q: Where are my free items?
A: Don't panic! You don't get free stuff just for joining the guild. It would be impossible to give everyone who joined, that's over 17,000 members! You can get free stuff by entering contests, participating in giveaways, and checking out some of our shops which sometimes hand out free things.

Q: How do I help the guild?
A: Take it easy! There are many ways to help the guilds. You can be more active in the message board, donating, inviting, helping other members as well or you can also grab some banners of the guilds and paste it into your shop page! :)

Q: How do I get promoted?
A: All you need to do to be promoted is to donate, you can get promoted without donate too. It's simple, just neomail FH_promotion and tell him what you can do to help the guilds. if you didn't receive any reply within 3 days that means you are not qualified.

Q: What will higher ranks help or benefit me?
A: You can buy items cheaper from out TFH Shops. You can enter certain contest that is enclosed to higher rank members. Higher ranks make you receive a better prize in some of the contest compared to the lower ranks :
