I took a break from working on my SimSportsConsole (see it here) to build a quick preferences analyzer:

The short of it is that the PrefAnalyzer takes your team preferences and applies them to a given recruit, giving you an idea of how closely his preferences match your program. It's still in development, so send along any comments/suggestions to tdstiles@gmail.com. Enjoy!
