how he was destined to rule the world and also to
destroy it.That is about all.The rest is just a history
lesson that is fun.

a passing grade.The plot is good enough for an 8/10 but
it is just an anime history lesson.If I had to watch
this in school I would.Not at home though.They should
just get butt-naked because they have skimpy outfits on
and they're too skinny.A lot of times it gets boring.
