Team Registration Form

This form will register your team for play in the league. You need not have all board assignments or team members named to register. Board assignments will be required prior to commencement of play.

 

A Team Captain (TC) is required for registration. The TC must have a valid and working e-mail address. The team TC is responsible for managing the team, making board assignments, and communicating with the Tournament Director (TD). The TC is the only team member to communicate directly with the TD regarding league matters. The TC may be changed by a simple notification to the TD. The TC need not play board 1 once play commences. Leave the rating field blank if no rating is available. Teams may disband by sending a note to the TD.
