THIS PAGE DISPLAYS THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION:
#1 PLAYER REQUIREMENTS: All players must sign a waiver releasing this league and any of its members, from any liability for injurys incurred during game play. **ALL PLAYERS PLAY AT OWN RISK** #2 AGE REQUIREMENTS: Players must be ages 14 and up. Any player under the age of 18, must have a parent or legal gardian sign their injury waiver, as well as an additional permission slip. #3 DEADLINES AND INSTRUCTIONS FOR SIGN-UPS: All players interested in playing in the Spring 2004 season MUST register by April 1,2004. Registration is simple. All a player needs to do to register, is Email this league at the E-mail address listed above. Players do not need to have filled out any of the forms listed above in order to register. But the forms must be summited before the player can begin to play. In the Email, a player must include their age, position desired, Phone #,Email Address,Home Address, and which towns team they wish to play for. If a player wishes to enter a new team into the league, they must say so in the Email. Players information will be added to the website daily,(just the name). A player should expect to see there name either on a roster, or in the free agent slot within 48 hours of sending there registration Email. If, AND ONLY IF, a player has no access to an online computer, they may call 610-730-6142, to register. #4 BEFORE PLAYING: After the registration deadline of April 1, 2004, players will have until April 25,2004, To submit their injury waiver and (if needed) permission slips to the league. These forms will be mailed to players upon registration. #5 FEES DUE: All players are required to submit a Twentyfive Dollar payment for league membership. (These funds are taken from every player, and putinto the jackpot. The team who wins the trophy, also wins the money. THIS LEAGUE IS NON PROFIT) The jackpot fund is not needed at the time of registration, but must be submitted before the April 25th deadline. #6 EQUIPMENT DEPOSIT: All players must submit a fifteen dollar deposit on their equipment. This deposit covers your team colored flags, belt and team jerseys,(both home and away). The deposit is not part of the jackpot, and will be refunded upon return of your equipment. Players will not be charged for equipment damaged during game play, but players are asked to be respectfull to their equipment.
