By the Way - Red Hot Chilli Peppers Review

By the Way - Red Hot Chilli Peppers

cover

By the Way is the new album out by the Red Hot Chilli Peppers. Anthony Kiedis (Vocals), Flea (bass), John Fusciante (guitar) and Chad Smith (drums). By the Way is a solid album sporting 16 heart pumping tracks. The vocals range from hip-hop to heavy rock to light balad. The guitar has alot of effects and is also played clean (Cabron). The base is heavy and loose throught the entire albulm and the drums keep everything in check.

I think as the Chilli's get older, their music gets better. I really enjoyed and bought their previous album Californication and I think this one is better yet. Anthony's voice is great and John's guitar mixes prefectly with Flea's base. I like almost every song off this cd, but my favourite tracks are 11.Cabron, and 6.The Zephyr Song. 2.Universally Speaking, 7. Can't Stop and 16.Venice Queen come in a close second. This CD is VERY good check it out!
