First off the new Armored Core Silent Line for the PS2. Ok. I’ll try not to be to bias, but this is the best mech game out there…currently…well, at least until the next Armored Core game comes out. Now back to business, this is the expansion to Armored Core 3, and it has a lot in common with it. On the flip side, the two are almost completely different. Does that make any sense to you? No. Ok. ACSL has a but load of new and upgraded parts from the old game, for instance there is a new rifle but it’s the same as an old one, but it has heat rounds. Get it. Well if you don’t get it now you are probable not into Armored core games. So to those three people out there that are into it, I’m with ya brother…OK enough of that.

Again, it is one of my favs so of course I’ll give it a good rating but lets not get ahead of our selves here. SCII is a game that I just got pulled
into. It is so addictive it should
be illegal…or not. The fact
that its weapon master mode is long makes it a game that you’ll want to
play again and again. In my eyes it
did a good job of getting me to sit down and do nothing but play it straight
until I beat it. Personally, I
haven’t played the first one so I don’t know weather it did better
or worse…

Welcome again to another episode…uhhh…I mean installment of my review corner. Today I will discuss the greatness of Armored Core Silent Line. What!? What do you mean I already reviewed that. Oh well I guess I will just have to review another game.

Today I will tell you about a game that a changed my life one that moved me but didn’t move at all. I am of course talking about the anima flight sim. Ace Combat 4 Shattered Skies. This game gradually gets better after a while. The beginning of the game you feel like a no one, but as you progress you become more and more important to the people your working with. For example you will be recognized by people on the ground, “Look there, its Mobius1, there in the sky” that is one of the stupid quotes for the mission whisky corridor. The game has one thing that a lot of games don’t have, REPLAY VALUE. Overall the game isn’t half-bad anyway it did get a greatest hit but that is beside the point.

All right first of all that is a long title but not the longest. This game is a good star wars game but then again are there many that aren’t…OK so there are a few that are bad but not this one. This has been out for a while but I still play it because it has excellent replay value. You will get suck to this game, after you play it for about an hour. You start off with a pistol and no force powers, and as you progress you get more powers and more weapons and more powers and more weapons. If you play your cards right you will be a evil Jedi or a good Jedi (I prefer the good on the first try). I have played this game for a while and I can tell you that it rocks. End of story.
Right now that’s all the new games I have played lately and until next time. SHUTING DOWN…
