Dark Master Zorc decks are debatably better than Shinato Decks. While Shinato is about keeping the opponent on the defensive(and still dealing massive damage), Zorc is about taking some risks. Dice Re-Roll is a must in this deck, as most of your cards will focus on dice rolls.
A litle hint: don't use Dice Re-Roll if you win(in an attempt to deal greater damage, etc.) because there's still the chance that you'll lose. Ok, so you didn't roll that 6 from Dice Jar, but you still won. 1000-2500 damage is still a hefty amount of damage, so stay with that. The only time I advise that you use Dice Re-Roll is if you lose; you roll a 6 on Dark Master Zorc's effect, or your opponent rolls a 6 from Dice Jar, etc.
Again, Dark Master Zorc is 8 stars, so you'll need some backup(Invader of Darkness, Dark Magician of Chaos, and Despair from the Dark all work very nicely). This deck is a gambling deck; when playing with it in real life, always carry a die around with you to tournaments and such, because I constantly see people playing gamble decks and they don't have their own die.
This deck build is similar to Shinato, but generally more...evil.
