Gearfried the Swordmaster was released in FET, and it has a very unique effect. Each time you equip a card to Swordmaster, it can destroy a monster on the opponent's field. So obviously this deck will be jam-packed with loads of equips.
Monsters will include Armed Samurai - Ben Kai, which can make an extra attack for each equip equipped to it, and Mataza the Zapper. Iron Blacksmith Kotetsu also works nicely to get equips to the hand.
The Magic section is where you can have some fun. Flashing Twin Swords - Tryce gives a 500 point decrease (though that's not really a problem with Swordmaster) and the equpped monster can attack twice. Wicked Breaking Flamberge - Baou gives a 500 point increase and the equipped monster will negate effects. A Swordmaster that can attack twice and negate effects is POWERFUL.
