You cannot simply throw The Creator into a deck and hope that it works. Instead, you need to build a deck around it. This isn't hard to do since it has its very own support monster: The Creator Incarnate. Alongside Incarnate, you should have a few high level Tribute monsters that don't mind being special summoned.
The Creator Incarnate is a 1600/1500 Warrior/Light that allows you to sacrifice itself to special summon a Creator from your hand. Not bad - Normal summoning this and then Special Summoning Creator is a very fast way to swarm the field. Be careful of such overextensions though, as The Creator is Smashing Ground bait.
Exiled Force is GODLY in this deck. It's basically free removal each turn (discard a card, revive Exiled with Creator's effect, use Exiled's effect and repeat). Night Assaliant is also very good, especially with the overuse of Flips in today's metagame. Meanae the Thorn will act as the other discard card.
The high level monsters are great in their own respects, and then with the ability to be revived so easily, they become even better. Majestic Mech - Ohka is good for big hits at the opponent, and though usually being destroyed is a bad thing, The Creator can bring it right back. Airknight Parsath is always a great card, as are Zaborg and Cyber Dragon. Note that you can revive any monster, so don't feel obliged to resurrect heavy hitters if an Exiled Force removal would suffice.
Solemn Judgment is an interesting tech card, not only because it will protect your Creator from being destroyed, it's also the ultimate "GOD SAYZ NO!" card. Just a little humor...though I would seriously keep Solemn Judgment in the deck.
