Let me make this very clear; Fiend decks should not be mixed. Necrofear decks and Hades decks are two completely different decktypes, and should not be used together. Hades is about beatdown, while Necrofear is about control. IMO, Necrofear is better, but both are very successful decks.
Necrofear in itself can be built a lot of different ways; Giant Germ is a great card for Necrofear bait; if they attack one, the other two go to the field. But you don't need to use Giant Germ; IMO, it's an outdated card for Necrofear decks. Slate Warrior should be used as a replacement. Yes, I know Slate is a beatdown monster, but it's a fiend that has Control capabilities. That -500 to a monster is very nice to use, and if you go on the offensive, you have something to do it with. Most people disagree with me on Slate Warrior, but I believe it's a very good Control monster AND Beatdown monster, fulfilling two roles in a Fiend deck(Necrofear AND Hades can use this card successfully).
Kuriboh is also amazing. Discarding a card to negate damage and give more Necrofear food is godly. Dark Jelloid should be maxed. It can tie a Berserk Gorilla and beat 1900s with it's effect. It makes Jinzo virtually useless, and it wreaks HAVOC on your opponent's monsters. And when they get rid of it, you can use it to summon Necrofear.
Newdoria is anothr good choice for this type of deck. Fiend monster removal that gets it's effect when it's destroyed through battle. It's just asking to be put in a Necrofear deck.
By combining all of these cards alone, you have a fairly solid Control-type deck. However, Necrofear ITSELF has a Control effect; Snatch Steal without the life point gain. And, when Necrofear is equipped to a monster, if they use MST or other m/t removal on it, it comes back. This thing becomes a virtual Vampire Lord unless they destroy the monster it's equipped to. A good idea to do with Necrofear is to suicide it into a stronger monster; sure, you use some LP, but you can take control of the opponent's Jinzo, BEWD, or even Chaos Monster if timed correctly. Necrofear is deadly when used in the right hands.
There are loads of other combos; Creature Swap Newdoria, attack it, and destroy another monster(I believe you get Newdoria's effect). Creature Swap Dark Jelloid after it lowers it's own attack. Creature Swap becomes a key card in this deck.
Once again, I've rambled about a deck. Here it is, Dark Necrofear:
Monsters - 18(4 Tribute, 14 Non-Sacrifice)
Magic/Spells - 16
Traps - 6
