Ugh. This card has suffered one of the worst butchering of names from Japanese to English. Of course, now you can sing a little ditty from an old Disney movie using this card. Fun?
At first glance, this card doesn't look like much. The summoning conditions seem impossible to pull off, even though discarding three cards from your opponent's hand is godly. Look closer. Summoning Mazera is a Special Summon, NOT a Normal Summon. And Pandemonium is a field card, so you can search it with Terraforming. Suddenly, this card becomes worthwhile, as long as you can build a deck around it.
This is almost a first-turn kill. If you summon this on the first turn, your opponent is sunk. Seriously. If you thought having a Delinquent Duo pulled on you first turn is harsh, think of what happens when your opponent pulls a Mazera on the first turn, and doesn't have to lose any life points. This thing is massive advantage for you, both Field Advantage and Hand Advantage. True, you used a Warrior of Zera, Pandemonium, and Mazera, so it's a 3 for 3 trade off. However, you just got a 2800 beatstick on the field, and your opponent probably lost some ways of destroying it. Combine this with some hand-d and Yata, and your opponent is done.
You can get this thing out first turn too. If you didn't catch what I was saying before, the summoning of this is a Special Summon. So you can summon Zera, play Pandemonium, and special summon Mazera all in the first turn. You still have three cards in the hand; if one of them happens to be a Delinquent Duo, your opponent has lost their entire hand. The perfect hand in this deck is Pandemonium, Zera, Mazera, Yata, Monster Reborn, and Graceful Charity. Play Graceful, discard Zera and something else, Monster Reborn Zera, play Pandemonium, sac Zera, get Mazera, discard 3 of their hand, play DD, discard the rest of their hand, then summon Yata. They've been Yata Locked on the first turn(well, second...you can't attack on the VERY first turn). See how powerful this deck can become?
