The Sims: Hot Date

Reviewed by: Nerdtron

..::About::..
The Sims: Hot Date is the expansion to The Sims. This simulation is a very fun and addictive game. The price of the game is usually around $45-$50 or you can get the whole set for around $100-$200. If you like any of the Age of Empires games you will most likely like this game. As it is pretty much the same. Except you actually build things how you want them apart from just selecting them. You must buy "The Sims" before you can use this one.

..::What I thought of it::..
I will describe this game in one word, brilliant. Yes, this game is great. I loved it. You can do loads more stuff than in the first Sims game. Like more actions, there's over 125 new objects, more faces, more bodies and 3 more neighborhoods!

..::Graphics::..
Graphics are not a big factor in this game as most of the time you are far away from the people. But if you go up close you will see everything has great detail. Like on a magazine rack you can see all the little magazines with different colors on them etc.

..::Gameplay::..
This is a very, very, very addictive game. Though once you have used all the new objects etc you will start to get a little bored and not play it as much, like me. But you may be different, like my sister. She won't stop playing it since we got it!

..::Comparing::..
This game is alot like Age of Empires and a bit like Pikmin. It's like Age of Empires because you have to build houses etc and your controlling people. It's like pikmin because the graphics are alike and it just reminds me of The Sims.

..::New Features::..
-Over 125 new objects
-New Downtown feature
-More faces and bodies to create people with
-Santa Clause comes to your house
-3 more neighborhoods

I rate this game 9 out of 10
