ceases operations for 2004
The Zoomie Fantasy Football League suspended operations for the 2004 season.
"Several teams weren't invited back due to fiscal irresponsibility," said
Patrick Murphy, the ZFFL commissioner. "Other team owners didn't
like the online draft format necessary to allow the expanded regional nature
of the league. Finally, getting new teams together in time for the season
just proved to be more difficult that in previous season.
Plans call for the ZFFL to resume operations in 2005. |
