Matt: Hello everyone, this is Matt, and I'm here with Ryan, the first player to be voted out of Kiribati and the Houaran tribe. Welcome Ryan and thank you for joining us!
Ryan: howdy
Matt:You appeared to have a very set strategy coming into the game of being a dominant force in the tribe. Why do you think that strategy backfired and caused you to be voted out of the game?
Ryan: i didnt have a set strategy of being dominant, i just asked some people to be in an alliance and they flipped out, haha
Matt: It seems from an outside perspective that Houaran is a very internally divided tribe. What can you attribute to that rift between the players?
Ryan: its mostly a male female rip....thats what i could kinda see happenning
Matt: What did you expect coming into the game? Did your perceptions change at all when you got a chance to get to know your tribe members?
Ryan: i expected to have a fun time and the challenges to be exciting and interesting. from what i saw the challenges were cool but i really wasnt havin a great time with my tribe members. I only clicked really with one and no one else gave a flip to fiddle about me. I was very dissatisfied
Matt: It's been speculated that the comment you made about a certain tribe member being "aggressive" may have played a factor in your ouster. Would you care to elaborate on the issue, and give us your personal account of what took place?
Ryan: im not sure who would say that. but i have an idea..that person was more aggresive getting info out of me, and when i wouldnt say anything things got ugly. again all i did was ask people to join an aliance. bahhh its not like i hit anyone over the head or anything.
Matt: Was there anything that transpired in the first week of the game that surprised you? If so, what was it?
Ryan: there was more lying and name smearing then any other game i have been in. over all ickiness. i didnt expect that, people need to chill. people were taking things really personally
Matt: In retrospect, is there any decision you made in the game that you regret?
Ryan: saying anything, apparently being quiet is rewarded...blahhh. if i would have sat there i would have been fine, how patheti is that?
Matt: Lastly, is there any message you'd like to leave your former Houaran tribemates with?
Ryan: boy guys, it was sure nice of you not to jump conclusions or anything.. wad pu diddle, and i hope you learn being twofaced to the ryman will only give you bad karma. i have a feeling that the majority of you will be attacked...by electric pencil sharpeners as a result of your callous actions. i wonder how you have the brain power to live and the 2 that didnt go against your word, thanks and i enjoyed getting to know you. zelda you must die. amber learn to talk. brandon dont get all pee pee hurt, and learn how to argue. rachel youre cool, but you suck voting for me. fadey you have a paper thin personality and about as much originality as a #2 pencil thats it.
Matt: Thank you for your time. Good luck in the future Ryan!
Ryan: yup yup, thanks!
