MY 3 STARS
|
#44 - Todd Bertuzzi
Bertuzzi's large stature, great speed and soft touch add up to make him a
valuable, hard-hitting scorer. He was instrumental in ensuring that the Canucks
made this year's playoffs.
|
#39 - Dan Cloutier
Having served most of his short NHL career as backup for NYR, Tampa, and
Vancouver, Cloutier broke out this year as the Canucks' #1 netminder,
posting a career high 31 wins with 7 shutouts.
|
#16 - Trevor Linden
After being being shuffled around the league for a few years, Trevor has
returned to the Canucks in time to help for the playoffs. Once the NHL's
youngest captain, Linden generates much scoring for Vancouver.

A Breif History
Players
Coaching & Management
Vancouver was one of the first teams to join the NHL in the
second wave of expansions, in 1970-71. With players like Stan Smyl, they have
taken 3 Smythe Division titles and have been to the cup finals twice. They won
the Clarence Campbell Conference in 1982 and the Western Conference
Championship in 1994.
