Boston Bruins
MY 3 STARS

#12 - Brian Rolston
Rolston had a wonder- ful playoff season this year, scoring 4 goals for Boston. He has greatly improved since moving to Boston, and his great speed and hard shot are of great value to the team.

#13 - Bill Guerin
Bill brings his strong frame and powerful shot to Boston after spending most of his career with New Jersey and Edmonton. This has been his best year, with 41 regular season and 4 playoff goals.

#20 - Martin Lapointe
New to Boston this year after playing with Detroit for a decade, Lapointe's high level of intensity is apparent in his hits and boarding.

A Breif History PlayersPlayers Coaching & ManagementCoaching & Management
An "Original Six" team, the Boston Bruins joined the NHL in 1924-25. The team has had a generous number of hall-of-famers and hockey stars amongst their ranks over the years: Bobby Orr, Phil Esposito, Johnny Bucyk, Ray Bourque, and goalies Tiny Thompson and Gerry Cheevers.
Despite their long, rich history of stars, Boston has only won 5 Stanley Cups, in `29, `39, `41, `70, and `72. They were runners-up on many occasions, a total of 12. Tey have been point leaders 23 times with 7 American, 3 East, 9 Adams, and 1 Northeast Division titles. They also have 4 Prince of Wales Conference titles.
