Clan Structure:

1. RP would be governed by a leadership council.
2. Each game with an RP presence would have its own leader.
3. The council would be comprised of these leaders.
4. Game leaders would be responsible for recruiting and running the RP clan on their game.
5. RP members with 3 months service could request a leadership position(and thereby a seat on the council) on a new game pending a majority vote by the council.
6. Disputes between clan members and leaders could be appealed to the council (majority vote).
7. If a clan leader does not fullfill his duties on a game the council has the right to remove him and appoint a new leader or dissolve the branch (majority vote).
8. Members who step down from leadership also step down from the council.
9. If two or more members request leadership on the same game the council would vote to determine the leader (majority vote).
10. An RP member can only lead on one game at any given time.
11. The leadership council would meet at a regular time every two weeks.

Clan Rules:

1. Members must wear tag on any game with an RP presence.
2. No use of subs.
3. Members should post on the boards periodically.
4. Members on the leadership council would wear the RPL tag.
5. Membership in any other clan in a game with an RP presence is prohibited.
