This Psychic kid form Earthbound
retains many of his powers from old games and even some extras. Ness can
sure pack a whollop with his PK FIRE, SUPER HEADBUTT and THROWS. Ness can
be a very complex character to learn to use because of his semmingly slow
attacks and difficult UP+B recovery move, but when you become an expert
at him, it's worth it. Ness can be a very devistating character and has
the highest priority AERIAL UP+A attack of all characters making a force
to be rckoned with when he starts a juggle.
