Named for the cultivated tropical plants that were brought in by settlers, this lush suburb is where the middle class live. It is situated in the valley between the two mountains, and tends to get a lot of rain, when clouds hit Fortress Mountain and let loose their precipitation. Some of the island's weather controlling superheroes have also helped to irrigate the land. Ranches, orchards, plantations and gardens make this a suburbian paradise. Churchill River separates the north border to Liberty Corners.

Taylor Park and the 80th Street Pier are big tourist attractions.
