Sir Danvers Carew KBE, is
a wealthy member of London's upper class. Among the wealthiest men of
London society, he and his late wife were know as gracious hosts to
London's elite. In spite of this, he has long devoted a great deal of time
to charities and the poor. 63 years of age, he is a retired member of
Parliament, and continues as Chairman of St. Judes Hospital. He stands
6'1" tall, is of medium build, and has white hair and brown eyes. He
is very much devoted to his only child, his daughter Emma, and has been a
friend of the Jekyll family for many years.
