Name:  Charles “Charlie” Gabriel Lanyon

Appearance: 5 feet 11 inches tall, brown eyes and  curly hair of a dirty blond color. He is in rather good shape, as he practices his fencing several times a week, as well as  partakes in other sports, such as riding, as often as possible.

Skills:  Fencing Competitively , Horseback riding.

 Personality:  At twenty years of age, Charlie tends to be a very quiet boy, but very friendly none the less.  He is currently in the midst of trying to figure out who he is.  Charlie puts on an act of not being very bright at times, especially around his father, but is an extremely intelligent young man. Charlie is very intimidated by his father and often finds him to be a bit overbearing.  He is extremely close with his mother, almost to the point of being a bit clingy to her at times when he is emotionally upset.  

 Past:  Charlie is youngest child of Hastie Lanyon  and Elsa Utterson.  He is twenty years old. He has recently decided that he wants to follow his father’s example and have a career in medicine, although he wishes to follow more in Henry Jekyll’s footsteps and treat rare diseases.  

Charlie wants to discover what illness killed the older brother he never knew. Charlie’s godfather is Gabriel Utterson.  He seeks out his honorary “Uncles” and seeks their guidance about certain matters.  He sometimes forgets to call by them by the more formal titles now that he is a grown man.

Charlie has recently moved out of the family home and into a flat near the University.   The process of moving out, and being away from his father’s constant influence is allowing him to further develop in to his own person and not be known as his father’s son.
