 Name: Rachel and Annabelle (Anna) Whitney

Age: Twenty-one 

Appearance: The identical twins share long dark hair and bright green eyes.  They are exactly alike in appearance, only the tale tell bows keeping distinguishing them.   Rachel's bow is black, whereas Anna wears a red bow. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Anna
Background: The Whitney twins were born and raised in Camdentown section of London of two very loving parents. Though they did not have much, their home was filled with love. Mr. Whitney was killed in a fire at the factory where he worked when the girls were 15, forcing their mother to become a laundress. She followed her husband two years later after suffering from Typhoid Fever. At 17 the girls were on their own, without home or family. Luckily, one of the homes their mother worked for had recently lost some of their staff, and there were positions for both girls. They have since been in their respective positions, neither looking to leave.

Personalities:  Rachel is the laundry maid in the Carew household. She enjoys this job because it gives her some time alone, most of which she will be found singing or humming. She is also very outgoing, and gets along with everyone in the house. Rachel is the dreamer-always caught up in the romance of every situation. She is also the tamer of the twins, usually the voice of reason when Anna's wild streak kicks in.

Anna is kitchen maid in the Carew household.  This suits this very active young lady as there is always a task that needs to be done. As the wilder of the twins, she always longs to seek adventure but only lets herself explore in her cooking rather than the greater world.  In those rare moments of stillness, Anna's mind is active.  She is as outgoing as her sister and gets along with everyone in the house.
