Name: Daniel Jefferson Riggs

Appearance: Daniel Riggs, at 28, is a very handsome man. He is broad-shouldered, slim-hipped and has a masculine face with high cheekbones and a prominent chin. His hair is a dark chestnut and his eyes are greenish-brown that seem to change with the light and his mood. He is somewhat vain, and likes to dress well.

Personality: Riggs is a womanizer and a gambler, a very charming scoundrel. He likes to spend his evenings off drinking ale and meeting friends. Riggs is very aware of the effect he usually has on ladies, and uses it to his advantage. Both servant girls and society ladies has been known to fall for him. Riggs enjoys the hunt more than the reward though, and the more the woman resists, the more he enjoys the challenge. Though he would never admit to it, he is not even a very good lover, thinking mostly of himself. He is careless, irresponsible and very immature emotionally. At work, however, he takes care to do a good job, and he is loyal to his friends.

Skills: Riggs is the carriage driver for the Carew household. He has been working for the household for five years and enjoys his job. He likes his horses and takes good care of them. Despite being mischievous at times, he gets along well with the rest of the servants.

 

Past :Riggs grew up in London in a poor middle-class family. His parents died of consumption when he was rather young, and he was raised by his Aunt and Uncle. Riggs' foster-parents were stern people who didn't think much of their nephew. He started working as a stable boy early in his life, and has been a servant since. Tall and handsome already at 15 years of age, he was seduced by a society lady, whose lover he became. Riggs discovered his charms then and has been making good use of them ever since.
