Story.
Potemkin comes from Zepp, the massive airbourne nation , of which maintains a society based on science and technology when those on land converted to the ways of magic. A ex-slave soldier, he helped bring down the rule of the once-militaristic nation and set up a new peaceful regime headed by his patron, President Gabriel. Learning of the Gear, President Gabriel sends Potemkin to retrieve the Gear and bring it safely back to Zepp before bounty hunters reach its whereabouts.

• Heavenly Potemkin Buster- HCF, HCF+Slash (after Heat Extend. Requires 50% Tension to do.)

(Note: Heat Knuckle can hit standing opponents, but doesn't link up to Heat Extend. He loses his Gigantor in EX Mode).
