Story.
Losing
both of her parents when she was still a child, Millia was taken in and
trained by the Assassin's Guild, of whom in a forbidden ritual gave life
to her hair, which she now uses as a weapon. However, a bout with her conscience
caused her to quit the Guild and gain a grudge with its leader Zato-1One.
The complex feelings she experienced as a result of this troubled her greatly,
and so she feels it is time to settle the score with Zato once and for
all.
