¤ Rules for Joining ¤
Once you have joined Halo: Installations and Evolution you
are required to follow every rule that is stated, and if you fail
to do this task, it will lead to your removal from the group by
either Owner, or Co-Owner with or without warning.
1. You break a rule, you get ff with a warning.
Break it again in the same Session or Mini-Session
and you must leave. If it happens for a third time
in the next Session or Mini-Session you're out of the group.
2. No arguing over IC material. If there is a problem,
take it up with the Owner or Co-Owner, or whomever
is sanctioning the event. More arguing will inflate the issue,
and it will be harder to solve. So don't bother, just
IM one of the listed and it will Be taken care of.
3. Do not make an action that will change the course
of the event without permission of a Commanding Officer.
Things do have to be planned to a certain extent so that
order can be kept. For example, pausing the session is something
only the Owner or Co-Owner can do. So, if there's a problem,
notify one of them; do not take it into your own hands.
5. Halo is a futuristic realism Video-Game and it shall be
that way in the Role Play world. Meaning none of that
DBZ or Final Fantasy crap. If any of that is pulled, action
will be taken toward you. This group is going to remain as
real as it gets. If you do not like that, we suggest you do not join.
6. There will be complete no fussing, whining,
and any type of "baby" action used in any way.
7. Cussing, arguing, or at anyway doing negative
things towards the owner and co-owner will result into
an automatic out of the session. Do NOT pull negatives
at all upon them. When it comes to IC, cuss words are
allowed. But using them in a negative direction upon an
officer will result in major problems towards your
character. Such as, "You know what General,
you're a real pain in the ass. BLAM!"
8. Do what the owner and co-owner asks,
or result in punishment.
9. There is no second chances, do what is right.
10. Upon a session, please keep off subject OOC chatting
towards IMs. If it's on subject, continue. If it's an argument.
It will be stopped ASAP.
11. Do not start a session at all without permission.
12. If you do not show up for three sessions, and have
not held an excuse three times in a row (week given for each,
just to give you a chance on an excuse) you are executed.
13. A new killing system. If you die, it's just for the session,
not the entire group. Unless you want a new character, but if you
want to work your way up to an officer or high rank faster,
recommend keeping your character, I'd rather have you keep
them too just to make it easier on me. But, your choice on that.
14. If creating something new, having an idea in mind, has
some type of problem, or wanting to quit (for the pathetic
marines), then contact the owner, FloodSpecies.

¤ The Application ¤
Before you Join this side of the RPG, there is a few things you
must know first. You're only permitted to join as an Elite with
permission from the Owner of Co-Owner. The Elite's are the
head honchos' within the Soldier side of the Covenant. Thusly
only the best of RPers can apply for them, since they are the
best the Covenant have to offer. All other Species are open to
general public. Once again stated, if you do not like the way
this works, we suggest you do not join. If you apply for an Elite
without permission, your application will be disreguarded.
