Plot :

In Dark Summit you play as a female named Naya. There are others to choose from, boys and girls alike. To play as the others you must first unlock them. Naya and her Nokia phone are about to stumble on a secret military cover-up. As Naya it's your job to solve the mystery of Mt. Garrick. Of course no sleuth can go snowboarding without shades, a leg strap cd player, and many boards to choose from. On the slopes of Mt. Garrick, you are not just trying to bust moves like in SSX Tricky, You are also unraveling a mystery.

Game play :

 The game play probablly won't appeal to the people who havn't played other snowboarding games like SSX Tricky. There are many places to go, many things to trick off of, and many different things. In this game, you constantly complete challenges like in Tony Hawk or any of his games. Challenges can range from nocking a turkey off of a picnic table, to tagging another person, or maybe your just trying to avoid ski patrol which isn't always easy.

Controls :

A=jump
B=perform trick in air
Y=grind
Z=perform trick in air
L=spin left in air/on grind bar
R=spin right in air/on grind bar

Graphics :

 The graphics are superb. But since it's a GCN game you should expect that.

Ratings :

Plot 7/10
Gameplay 8/10
Sound 8/10
Graphics 9/10
Overall 32/40
