From Software, the maker of such games as Armored Core and King's Field, has been busy. The company's Rune came out of nowhere to be playable at Space World 2001 in Tokyo, Japan. The game, a card-based RPG with an intriguing storyline and competent graphics, was drastically different from most other software on-hand for the show due to its dark, realistic look and theme. The development studio hopes to capitalize on the original style of Rune when the title ships to Japan later this year.
