Please leave a message in the GUEST BOOK to tell me what you think of the house.!!!This is the RPD Version 1.0 from Biohazard 2(Resident Evil 2). It is a replica of the RPD, with added jail, kitchen and bedroom on 2nd floor. Hidden rooms on 2nd floor East Wing are accessed by telling a Sim to "Go" into one of these areas (either by selecting an object or selecting the interaction "Go Here").
In order to get the true house, with all the correct walls, floors, and objects, you must have the Sims, the Sims: Livin' Large and the Sims: Hot Date. Special thanks to Killersims.com for providing various objects, Romansims.com for Wall and floor files, 7deadlysims.com for some Window and object files, and Sim Studio for providing all of the Skin files. Be aware that this a FAM file. Unzip the file, and move the file to C/Program Files/Maxis/The Sims/User Data/Import. Run your game, select the neighborhood that you want the house to be put in, and click on "Import Family" button. This will install the house and the family. The house occupies Lot 1. Be warned that this house also has files from Killer Sims.com, Sim Freaks.com, 7 deadly Sims, and the Sims Resource. If these objects aren't automatically transferred into the house, I'm really sorry. I did not create those objects, so I can't "post" them here for you to download. You'll have to get them from the sites they came from.
If you try and download the house, but you DO NOT have the required expansion packs, the house will look really bad. If you don't own Hot Date, you won't be missing much, but if you don't have Livin' Large, the house will be messed up. The main things that are in the house that use the Hot Date expansion's programming is the fountain on the 1st floor and the expresso machine from Sims on a Stick that refills your moods all the way up. The R.P.D relies HEAVILY on wall, floor, and objects from Livin' Large. Owning House Party may come in handy when downloading the house, but I don't feel that is really required. Oh yeah, all the family members have Perfect personalities, and they have about 6,000,000 dollars (Simoleon), so enjoy!!!. Please leave a message in the guestbook to tell me what you think of the house.
