This is a compilation PC Game with Sonic 3 and Sonic & Knuckles combined, with an added extra of a Sonic Screensaver.

Sonic Screensaver: Just like any other screensaver, you boot it into your computer and don't press anything until it appears. What the screensaver does it a picture appears, most of the art/pictures are original artwork, some are classic box art. An animated character (Sonic, Tails, Knuckles or Eggman) appear and do their thing, making the art in the background disappear. After that happens, another character makes it re-appear. There's also music from Sonic 1, 2, 3, Sonic & Knuckles, and Sonic CD in the background.
